Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the course after accessing the content
• Deciding that the course is not suitable after purchase
• Lack of time to complete the course
• Failure to complete the course
• Change in personal goals or requirements
• Personal circumstances
• Not liking the teaching style or course format
• Having already accessed, watched, or reviewed the course materials
• Purchasing the course and later deciding that it is no longer required

Course access may be provided immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Once course access has been provided, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. Accessing or using any portion of the course after purchase does not create an entitlement to a refund.

If a customer experiences a genuine technical issue that prevents access to a purchased course, they may contact our support team so that we can make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore access where appropriate.

In the event of a verified duplicate payment or an incorrect charge caused by a payment-processing or technical error, the matter may be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires TIYASHX Academy to provide a refund or another remedy, TIYASHX Academy will comply with the applicable legal requirements.

Except where such a legal obligation applies, all course purchases remain final and non-refundable after successful payment and provision of course access.

Before completing payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the course details and ensuring that the selected course meets their requirements.

By completing the purchase, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

• 1. Duplicate Payment – If you have been charged twice for the same course due to an accidental or duplicate transaction.
• 2. Technical Issues – If a verified technical problem prevents you from accessing the purchased course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• 3. Course Not Delivered – If you have successfully completed the purchase but course access has not been provided.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase at support@tiyashxacademy.com and provide the relevant details or proof of the issue.

• Course Preview: Please watch the preview video on our landing page to learn more about the course before making your purchase.
• No False Promises: The course does not guarantee specific income, views, subscribers, or monetization results. Results may vary from person to person.
• Secure Learning Access: After successful payment, course access will be provided through your registered account on our learning platform.
